Don’t underestimate the power of a good About section. Studies show that it is one of the key locations within a website that customers will visit, to gain assurance that the business they are engaging with is legitimate.
Be sure to include details about yourself or your staff – and add some personal (non-sensitive, of course!) information as well. If you have lived in your town for a long time, say so. If you enjoy hobbies or sports, that’s great too. Remember, you are making a real connection with your clients. Let them know who you really are!
